Free Range Juice is a juice bar in Williamsburg, Virginia offering cold pressed juice, smoothies, toasts, acai bowls, cleanses, wellness shots and coffee.

JUICE BARISTA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Interact with and assist customers with a positive, friendly attitude, providing prompt service and quality products

Make the smoothies, toasts, lattes and other items in Front of the House
-
Ability to multitask and remain calm during periods of high volume
-
Work with the team to complete all daily tasks and cleaning checklists
-
Able to learn about and educated customers on our healthy menu items and juice cleanses
-
Operate POS system
-
Clean equipment, work areas and customer access areas to Free Range Juice Standards
-
Stock supplies on an ongoing basis
-
Follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
-
Able to stand for extended periods of standing (4-8 hours)
-
Able to reach, bend and lift up to 50 lbs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the team to complete all daily tasks and cleaning checklists, execute open and close procedures depending on shift

Read recipes to prepare juices and prep front of house foods according to standards.

Wash, slice, dice, etc. of ingredients necessary for food preparation and measure ingredients

Prepare and bottle cold pressed juices
-
Clean and sanitize equipment, work areas and customer access areas to Free Range Juice Standards
-
Stock supplies on an ongoing basis

Follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products, abiding by all health code requirements

Ability to multitask and remain calm during periods of high volume

Work effectively with co-workers and customers in a team environment
